The Arts District (NoDa)-Is located 7 minutes from Uptown. Here you will find many galleries, live music, funky coffee shops, and great eats.

Chantilly- Historical part of Charlotte. Many of these homes are being bought and renovated. For the most part still has the “old” Charlotte feel.

Dilworth- Located just outside Uptown Charlotte. Has fast become a great place to live for its convenience, upscale shops and restaurants, Freedom Park,and stunning historical homes that are well-kept.

Eastover- Close suburb of Uptown Charlotte, a tucked away hidden gem. Nestled neck to the most desirable MYERS PARK and Uptown Charlotte.

Elizabeth- Small area of tree lined streets, with views of UPTOWN. Most people in this area don’t move often. Special gem of Charlotte. Close to it all.

Fourth Ward- Those who want to be in the “CITY LIFE”, but not in it. Adjacent but walkable to Uptown Charlotte.

Midwood- Popular Charlotte neighborhood for first time home buyers, buying these home and bringing them back to life from their 1960’s origination.

Myers Park
Myers Park is distinguished for its winding tree-lined streets, large historic homes and architectural variety. Due to its landscaped beauty, it is one of the most-visited parts of Charlotte.
